Being the smallest municipality of Pampanga, Sto. Tomas is able to produce its very own annual festival – the SABUAGA FESTIVAL. The name came from the Kapampangan word “Sabuag” which means scatter and “Sampaga” which means flowers.

Running on its eighth year, the festival has anchored into the hearts of the locals. With the street dance competition as one of its major events, it has drawn crowds along the parade path.
