MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. has officially rebranded as Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, Inc. (CCEAP), marking a significant milestone in its corporate journey.
The name change, approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission, comes in the wake of the February 23, 2024, announcement of the company’s acquisition by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Plc (CCEP) and Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. (AEV).
