A Gastronomic Epicurean Adventure Awaits
We love Buffet and All Day Dining restaurants! Yes, I am into it as well! With the wide array of food selection on display, the adventure of roaming around each spread and scooping out the precise choice on my plate sends a satiating chill and thrill through. Stepping on its buffet section seems that the world is within reach. The international lunch buffet features asian and western dishes served in an efficient and strategic arrangement. At the first glance, you would know easily where to have your choice of servings.
The Olive Restaurant is located beside the Xi Cantonese Restaurant and is at same level of the Hotel Front Office. The Dining Hall features 270 degrees of floor to glass ceiling wall, allowing natural light to enter and features the view of the hotel room facade, the pool and the nearby foothills.
The Buffet Spread Selections differs per meal schedule – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Lunch and Dinner is where most of the international dishes are served – from European, American to Asian choices, you have it.
BUFFET BREAKFAST
With a different spread on display, my eyes got plastered on different breakfast items of my favourite. The two-ways bacon, the egg station, the iced peach latte, the savoury meat cuts, and baked goodies. Aside from my high protein breakfast, I chose to down two glasses of fresh juice, tea, and coffee, which I believe will truly fuel my body for the Clark Familiarization Tour.
BUFFET LUNCH
Returning after a half day’s tour, we are set to another gastronomic experience as we are to try Olive Restaurant.
When it is time again to grab, I immediately ran to the sashimi station and have my salmon slices served – my true favourite. I also tried their sliced meat servings, salads and different beverages. I actually did not come with an empty stomach so I was not able to maximize the lunch buffet as we need to experience the daytime in their outdoor pool. I capped the lunch with a piece of churros and chocolate dip.
What I love about Olive Restaurant
I cannot forget how truly attentive and the attention to detail of their wait service. All Food & Beverage Staff who served throughout my repeated visit are topnotch and stellar. They see to it that each table are well attended and served proactively. The Dining Hall as well is spacious and airy. Unlike other buffet restaurant that would maximize seating capacity, at Olive, you would hardly bump to seats along the way. There are enough room for walking guests and this spells their serious attention to safety and convenience.
