Golf often feels reserved for players who already know the sport. Hann Reserve is taking a different route.
Even without picking up a club, visitors can spend a full afternoon exploring the property. Ride a buggy across the fairways. Walk through the largest golf clubhouse in the country. Sit down for a well curated meal while facing the mountains.
The invitation is simple. Come and see the place first. The golf can follow later.
That message came through during the KapiHANN March 2026 Edition with Jude Joo of Hann Reserve Director of Sales & Marketing, a media gathering organized by the Pampanga Press Club in partnership with Hann Resorts, that shared the latest progress at the fast growing estate in New Clark City.

Dragon’s Landing Now Open
The first major milestone arrived in late January 2026.
Dragon’s Landing, the first of three signature courses at Hann Reserve, is now fully playable across all 18 holes. The layout runs along elevated terrain with strategic slopes that reward careful shot placement.
The course also frames the Zambales Mountain Range, giving players a sweeping view across Central Luzon while moving through the fairways.
For experienced golfers, the course offers strategy and elevation changes. For beginners, the scenery alone makes the round memorable.
Three Signature Courses Taking Shape
Dragon’s Landing is only the beginning.
Two additional courses are part of the long term vision for Hann Reserve.
6 Moons will feature rolling fairways that follow the natural contours of the land. Native vegetation remains part of the design, giving the course a relaxed countryside feel.
Cavern’s Deep takes the opposite direction. It will run through rainforest terrain with winding waterways and steep valleys. The design focuses on technical play and bold shot decisions.
Once completed, the three courses will give players distinct golf experiences within the same property.
The Largest Golf Clubhouse in the Country
At the center of the estate stands a massive clubhouse that serves as a social hub.
Large open spaces, thoughtful architecture, and a curated dining menu define the experience. It works as a place to relax after a round. It also welcomes guests who have no plans to play golf.
Visitors can enter freely, enjoy the restaurant, or simply take in the view of the fairways and surrounding hills.
The clubhouse also hosts private and intimate events. Hann Reserve already offers packages for small gatherings, celebrations, and corporate functions.
A Golf Experience Even for Non-Players
Hann Reserve is also opening the experience to visitors curious about golf but unsure where to start.
Guests can ride a buggy and take a guided tour around the golf course. It offers a close look at the layout without needing to play.
Later this year, the estate will also develop a driving range expected to open toward the end of 2026.
That facility will serve beginners, casual visitors, and experienced players who want a practice session before a round.

Partnership with the PGA of America
Another major step for the estate is its future partnership with the PGA of America. The partnership supports the development of a structured golf curriculum designed for different skill levels.
Programs may cover:
- first time players
- beginners learning the basics
- experienced golfers who want to refine their game
The goal is simple. Make the sport less intimidating and easier to try.
