Philippine Airlines is reshaping parts of its domestic network starting March 29, 2026. If you fly to island and regional destinations, this matters.
Turboprops Move Out of Manila
All PAL turboprop flights to and from Manila will end on March 29, 2026. This follows a new slot policy at NAIA.
Instead of cutting routes, PAL is shifting these flights to other hubs. Cebu, Clark, and Iloilo step in to keep access smooth.

New Routings to Know
If you already have a booking, expect these changes:
- Coron (Busuanga)
From Manila to Clark
New route: Clark–Busuanga–Clark - Siargao
From Manila to Clark
New route: Clark–Siargao–Clark - Antique
Via Iloilo
New route: Manila–Iloilo–Manila, then onward - Catarman
From Manila to Cebu
New route: Cebu–Catarman–Cebu
Clark and Cebu become stronger gateways, especially for leisure routes.
More Jet Flights on Busy Routes
As turboprops exit NAIA, PAL adds jet capacity on routes with steady demand. From March 2026, expect more choices on these sectors:
- Manila–Cebu: up to 76 flights a week
- Manila–Iloilo: up to 42 flights a week
- Manila–Tacloban: up to 28 flights a week
- Manila–Dumaguete: up to 21 flights a week
- Manila–Roxas: up to 14 flights a week
Good news for flexible schedules and peak travel periods.
