Comfort food at its finest. Enjoy savory Bistek Tagalog, tangy Sweet and Sour Fish, and the creamy yet savory Adobong Manok sa Gata. Don’t miss the crunchy and flavorful Fried Dilis.

Bulanglang Station

This is where you’ll find the well-loved Sinigang sa Bayabas, with a selection of ingredients you can customize: Shrimp, Bangus, Beef, Pork, and fresh Vegetables. Plus, this Kapampangan comfort food is prepared fresh and hot upon your request.

Carving Station

Savor premium cuts like the juicy Beef Cube Roll and the indulgent Crispy Pata, best paired with prepared sauces and side dishes available right beside the gargantuan slabs of meaty goodness.

Japanese Station


Fresh and elegant selections of Salmon and Tuna Sashimi along with beautifully crafted Sushi Rolls. This is one of the favorite sections of the buffet spread.

Showcasing local favorites, this section includes Bibingka, Kamote Que, Pinaypay na Saging, Tibok-Tibok or Maja Blanca, and Cassava Cake.

Western Dessert Station

Enjoy indulgent sweets like Peach Samurai and Crème Brûlée.

The crunchy chicharon, paired with spiced vinegar plus the atchara, delivers an addictive crackle that lingers on the palate. The Bulanglang with shrimps and bangus is a comforting, mildly sour broth with a fresh, earthy sweetness that warmed my soul. For a refreshing contrast, the pako salad adds a crisp texture and gentle bitterness, beautifully offset by salted eggs and tomatoes. The chicken kare kare, with its thick, nutty peanut sauce, clings luxuriously to tender meat and fresh vegetables. Not to be missed is the burong isda served with okra and bokchoy—a pungent, acquired taste that locals will appreciate and adventurous diners will remember. And to cleanse the palate? The silky slices of salmon sashimi, expertly cut, provide a cool, buttery finish to an epic culinary ride.
