Angeles City, Pampanga – JDN Realty Group and BPI Business Banking has officially signed an agreement on June 11, 2024 to provide customized financial solutions specifically made for Nepo Center tenants.
About 1,500 tenants of Nepo Center Malls at Angeles City, Dagupan and Alaminos will benefit from the partnership with one of the biggest commercial banks in the country – BPI or Bank of the Philippine Islands. The partnership allows Nepo Center tenants to scale up and further grow their businesses through the BPI Ka-Negosyo Loan that makes business loan applications easy, convenient and fast.
With minimal documents required and at no collateral, tenants may apply for loans starting at P300,000 up to P5 million at just 0.84% monthly – a special rate obtained by JDN by not accepting commissions. Moreover, business loan applicants are only required to pay for the interest in the first three months. Monthly amortization will start on the fourth month. For rates higher and lower from the aforementioned range, there are dedicated segments from BPI Business Banking Group to create the best solutions for specific tenants’ needs. Eligibilities include at least 3 years business operations, Filipino citizen ownership and at least 2 year Philippine resident tenure.
The agreement was formally signed by Rick H. Wilkerson, JDN President & CEO, Raquel Pangilinan, JDN Finance Controller, Dominique Oclasia, BPI SVP & Business Banking Segment Head, and Rhodora Pagulayan, BPI VP & Business Banking Distribution Head.
JDN Realty Group is the developer of Nepo Center, homegrown community chain of retail & office spaces Nepo Mall Angeles, Nepo Mart Angeles, Newpoint Mall, The Quad, eNtec1 and eNtec2.
Nepo Center is located at the heart of Angeles City poised to be the home of Kapampangan cuisine and products. Other businesses include Nepo Mall Dagupan and Nepo Mart Alaminos, Pangasinan and soon-to-open Nepo Mall Jaen in Nueva Ecija.
