We are granted an opportunity to experience making Ravioli right at one of the open kitchen of the restaurant. We are led by Clark Marriott’s team of chefs and they skillfully instructed us on molding and filling the pasta dough until they served each and everyone’s masterpieces for us to taste. Our very own Regional Director of DOT-3, Sir Richard Daenos, and CDC-Tourism Promotions Division OIC, Ms. Elen Lorenzo personally tried and experienced this activity.

BEGIN YOUR GOJI KITCHEN+BAR DINING JOURNEY

Being at the Culinary Capital of the Philippines, begin your journey with the authentic Kapampangan Sisig, prepared without the blasphemous additions of egg and mayonnaise. Savor the appealing aroma as the chef on duty prepares your plateful of divine sizzling sisig. The sizzling sounds would truly be a symphony for your eyes and tummy.

They have choices of Seafood like Shellfishes, Crabs and Shrimps served over ice to ensure freshness. There are steak cut of various deep sea fishes and the snails too! Have your chef prepare and cook they way you like it.

Never forget the Bread and Pastry section where you get to try their unique Bagel Sandwich and their French Baguettes with different choice of dips and spreads. Get your carbohydrate requirement in this section and enjoy fresh baked goodies everytime!

For the love of Lechon, yes they have this Pinoy Signature Staple, right beside the Steam Dim Sum and Dumplings Section. To balance out, they partnered it with Vegetables Tempura and choices of dips and sauces.

Heavy Meals are at the Viand Section with their Signature Fried Rice and various meat viands. Be enthralled by the sizzling and fragrant stir-fries and aromas wafting from the fiery woks. Along with these is their Tuna Panga placed on a unique display over bed of Thai chillies.

Never forget to try their Sushi Bar with unique displays of rolls and fresh sashimis – this is my personal favourite at Goji Kitchen+Bar. I always begin plating with fresh salmon sashimi coupled with the soy sauce dip and wasabi, followed by sushi rolls of salmon and shrimps.

Heed those savoury protein rich cravings at their Carving Station with various premium meats, and seafood offerings. We have Roasted Beef Rump, Roasted Chicken and Sausage on main display, with sides of Baked Chicken, Buttered Vegetables and many more.

The Noodle Bar features choice of toppings, soups, flavourings and various shapes of noodle of your choice. It is located after the partitions on the left side of the restaurant.

The Pasta Section features an array of varied coloured, flavoured and shaped pasta, inclusive of the choice toppings available. I loved the colorful display and truly these ingredients would turn out into an appetizing dish.

Graze the Dessert Bar with its colorful and appetizing sweet servings of cake slices, canapes, and interesting concoctions served in individual shot glasses. Various chocolates, ice creams, confectioneries, and the soulful Halo Halo are your sweet choices and the best way to cap your dining experience at Goji Kitchen+Bar.

TASTE VERDICT

In every Buffet Restaurant experience, I always check the unique menus offered on the day, creating a vista in my mind on how creative are the brains behind the overall restaurant operations.

Let me share my Goji Kitchen+Bar journey. Salmon Sashimi will always be my first selection. The Salmon Slab is sliced and plated the Sashimi slices skillfully. Each slice appears firm and smells fresh. Taste is of fresh quality and no funky aftertaste. The Sliced Roasted Beef Rump is served according to my preference – medium rare. The Baked Chicken with Lemon is tender and moist – great balance of salty and tart flavors. The Siu Mai came with great texture and meaty aftertaste. The Buttered Vegetables are crisp and fresh, not overcooked. The Shrimps are fresh and plump, full of flavor and no acrid aftertaste. The Baked Gandara came with great texture and nice fusion of flavors.

The Watermelon Shake and Mango Shake taste fresh and not to sweet – no tarty or bitter aftertaste. The Cappuccino came with a great aroma and robust smoky flavors, plus the touch of heavenly cinnamon.

Being the Clark’s Culinary Capital, Hann Casino Resort will never cease to surprise us with their plethora of restaurants, cafe and bars that only serves topnotch and stellar culinary experience.
