The World on your Plate: Indulging in Global Delights at Royce Hotel and Casino’s 21 All Day Dining Buffet Restaurant

Royce Hotel and Casino in Clark, Pampanga once again aced its game better and stronger with the launch of the biggest buffet restaurant in Clark , Pampanga- the 21 All Day Dining

With a staggering 300 seating capacity, inclusive of 6 private function rooms, you would certainly expect that this buffet restaurant to be massive in terms of its physical size and the expected array of dishes served. Located at the Fourth Level of their New Hotel Building, 21 All Day Dining deserves to have its own reception hall where guests are warmly welcomed and attended upon ingress. 

Its sprawling Dining Hall features a high ceiling architectural style with sophisticated lighting fixtures that resembles large candle holders exuding warm and romantic illumination over the spacious hall in coordinated earth tone color accents. The Private Function Rooms are located at the right side of the restaurant featuring wide round tables and dedicated enclosures. The 21 All Day Dining features an international cuisine that equates to bountiful of food variety and selections that would satisfy each and everyone’s gourmet cravings. Enjoy dining with comfort and class, thanks to the plush comfy seats with moderate height back rest. Overall, the interior design and total aesthetics are truly instagrammable!

The Variety of Dishes you would see is indeed wide ranging as seen from the buffet spread set up. From Asian staples like  the Japanese rolls and sashimis, Italian favorites like pizza, the ubiquitous Korean Samgyupsal choices, Chinese Soup, Kapampangan dishes like sisig and burong nasi, and the drool-worthy desserts like the Halo Halo and chocolate crackles. Seeing these dishes truly overwhelmed me from the beginning. Surely, this would be a fantastic gastronomic journey and quality gourmet dining experience. I love the restaurant having an open kitchen set up, you would be assured that only fresh ingredients and skilled hands are the main elements for every exquisite dishes available on the buffet spread. Would love to reiterate as well that all of the Chefs and Wait team that I encountered are approachable and truly understood their craft. Their attention to detail and stellar customer service makes the dining experience even more remarkable.

Additionally, since of the immense number of dishes available on the entire buffet spread, you have to advise the chef-on-duty if you have specific food allergy, they would be happy to assist in navigating you around safely. Never ever leave 21 All Day Dining without truly enjoying its quality offerings.

We are delighted to have met Ms. Yohan, one of the creative and energetic Marketing Team of Royce Hotel and Casino. She was able to have seated near a power outlet to charge our gadgetries after consuming battery powers from recent mobile activities. Upon meeting our tables, I got thrilled with my blog entity posted. It is indeed a fascinating surprise and welcome for us. I did restaurant review with Shermaine Capuli and Francis Cardona, representing the Tarlac Bloggers Team, and Just Janny as a Pampanga Based Content Creator. 

After quick formalities and overview discussion, we get to real business – documentation. Capturing and recording these appetizing and heavenly dishes triggered me, left me drooling and stomach rumbling. I did in quick successions and began planning on how to efficiently attack these massive buffet spreads. Little did I know that I am already handing out my dinner plate and started checking individually each and every dish.

How I manage my way around in an All-You Can-Eat Restaurant? 

I scout first where are the rare finds among the dishes, and then would prioritize my personal favorites, like the Salmon Sashimi, Steaks, and then add a bit fiber source from the Salad Section. I would opt to have a sour beverage to counter the umay sensation. I usually veer away from carbohydrates to avoid feeling full from the start. I made sure also that the food on my plate complement each other as well. I would have another plate for another round of clean slate of flavor. It is wise to have pickled ginger (if you like it) at your side to cleanse your palate of any fishy or pungent after taste. Additionally, I do not devour that much beverage so it would not fill my stomach. Moreover, I chew well per serving to savor the flavors and to avoid stressing much my stomach. 

I am indeed elated and happy to have experience another food paradise of great value. 

TASTE FEEDBACK

Let me share my thoughts and opinion about the dishes or selections I tried and tasted. The Salmon and Tuna Sashimi tasted fresh and no funky after taste. The texture is firm and not mushy. The Roasted Chicken (Wing Part) came with.a good charring and tender tasty meat. The Beef Steak slices are prepared according to my preference and flavors are subtle and not overpowering. Mind you, each steak slice is tender and juicy. The vegetables are crisp and fresh. The Shrimp Tempura has a good ratio of batter and plump meat. The Burong Nasi somehow lacks a bit of character from what I am used to – more garlic and ginger please. The Chicken Yakitori is well done, and seasoned just right. For dessert, I tried the Halo Halo but limited the toppings with sweet beans, macapuno and ube. The Assigned Commis Chef added more milk to compromise. It was a delight! The Chocolate Crackles with nuts tasted with the right balance of sweet and savory flavors.

Overall, I am pleased and satisfied with my dining experience at 21 All Day Dining. Not only we enjoyed the food, but we received excellent wait service. The F&B Team are attentive to all active tables. They would proactively refill our glass with ice cold water, they would initiate if we need anything yet, and additionally, they would be happy to assist with your inquiries. and concerns. We truly have made another unforgettable culinary journey right at the heart of Clark.
