Xi Restaurant: the legendary Chinese Restaurant that serves Cantonese and Asian dishes, and this Crossover Buffet edition served :
Peking Duck served with Sweet Hoisin Sauce and the tangy Plum Sauce. The meat portions are flavored and marinated to create this subtle mixed of meaty and aromatics. The skin, albeit already on display, serves a bit crunch and texture that creates a wonderful mix of textures in my palate. The Plum Sauce is an awesome surprise with the duck meat taste.
Wok Tossed Mixed Vegetables came with this thick sauce that coated each and every portions of fresh vegetables. The Chinese flavors coming from the spices and mushroom created this distinct flavors that separates itself from the usual PInoy Style Chopseuy.
Salted Egg Chicken – the funky and salty egg breading created an interesting taste profile that is unusual for the Filipino palate. You might try it first to gauge, but for me, I like the salty aftertaste adding up the tender chicken meat.
Sweet and Sour Pork comes with tender pork pieces with the usual sweet and sour sauce.
Mango Sago – a mix of miniscule tapioca balls married with the tangy ripe yellow mangoes drenched with the creamy yellow sauce that creates a wonderful concoction of sweet and acid flavors.
Beef Tenderloin with Black Pepper sauce topped this list as the tender slices of beef did a great complement and fusion of the black pepper flavors
and my all time favorite Yeung Chow Rice.

Olive Restaurant was our second stop and where we spent most since of the number of dishes we tried. We wonderfully serenaded by our favorite singer, Kiro, with her unique renditions of OPM that would transcend to all ages.
Treat Bar Lounge offers finger American finger foods and sliders such as Buffalo Wings, Grilled Sausages, Nachos and Mini Burger Beef Sliders, and the main beverage is Gulaman in three colors in celebration of the Philippine Independence. This is where our Crossover Buffet ended and we munched on their delectable Nachos that comes with the crunchy Corn Chips and its conventional toppings of cheese sauce, beef, salsa and pickles.
