We are thankful that we were given the opportunity to try four of their meat best sellers as listed below:

• Yangnyeom galbisal – marinated beef

• Seng Sogalbi – wagyu beef

• Pork Byeopjip – smoked belly

• Herbed Samgyupsal – fresh meat sprinkled with rosemary and other aromatics

For the other dishes, we tried the ubiquitous Japchae, their version of Seafood Pancake and the military soup filled with the yummy goodness of dumplings, vegetables, meat portions and ramyun noodles.

What makes them apart from the other conventional Korean restaurant is they have more staff dedicated to doing the grilling for you. You can start devouring the served flavorful dishes as you wait for your perfectly grilled premium meats. To complete the premium service is the utilization of various grill pans paired with each type of meat cooked – maximizing the quality of flavour. They use different serving platters – String guitar for wagyu meat, frying pan for fresh meats and traditional grill for marinated meats.
