Celebrated every month of June in Tacloban City, Leyte Province, it is a fusion of two distinct festivals. The Pintados Festival celebrates the tattooed warriors of Samar and Leyte while Kasadyaan Festivals is a faith-based celebration. On its 23rd year, the Festival of Festivals never failed to gather crowds within the capital city of Tacloban.

Tribu Mangirisda for the Pintados Festival Category and Tribu Pasaka for the Kasadyaan Festival won the Championship, and both are from Tanauan, Leyte.
