Philippine Airlines opens Second Ticketing office in Pampanga

Cabalens can now conveniently transact with the New and Second Ticketing Office of Philippine Airlines located in 192 McArthur Highway, Balibago, Angeles City (Ground floor of Diamond Spring Hotel) with the office blessing held last October 3, 2018.  The blessing is officiated by Rev. Emar Mejia, followed by the ribbon cutting ceremony with PAL representatives Mr. Genaro Velasquez, SAVP MMLSS, Mr. Paolo Rene Diaz Rivera OIC Area Manager MMLSS, Ms. Divina Gracia Virata and Ms. Marilou Pangilinan, Sr. Tourism Operations Officer of Department of Tourism Region III, and Ceremonial Coin Throw by Angeles City Branch OIC Mr. Sylvester John Descallar.

UPDATE: This Ticketing Office will resume operation on June 8, 2020 with office hours from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. For the heightened safety of valued guests, the office will implement thermal scanning, managed physical distancing, and No Face Mask No Entry protocols as mandated by National the InterAgency Task Force. Transparent Counter Barriers shall be installed.

According to Mr. Descallar, the need of having a second ticketing office is due to the increase of demand on services, aside from ticketing, like ancillaries, travel insurances and travel partners transactions located up to Northern Luzon. The branch also serves both domestic and international booking transactions and inquiries.

He also announced the new flights to Cauayan (Isabela), San Vicente (Palawan),  and San Jose (Mindoro) of Philippine Airlines via Clark that will be launched on October 28. He also mentioned the relaunch of the Clark – Caticlan route on the same date with the most awaited reopening of Boracay Island.

After the Office Blessing rites, Mr. Bong Velasquez has mentioned that Philippine Airlines has received its new Airbus A350 and A321 Neo as additional to its growing modern fleet.  Mr. Paulo Rene Diaz Rivera has expressed his gratitude for the continuous support with the airline and wishes more growth in the region. Ms. Divina Gracia Virata also expressed for more partnerships and more flights, making Clark as its second major hub. Ms. Marilou Pangilinan said that the Department of Tourism is welcome to support the flag carrier’s activities. The ceremony is officially closed by Mr. Descallar and everyone enjoyed a sumptuous lunch after.

      1. Is the ticketing opening anytime soon,,since region 3 is on GCQ? Are they operating as a travel agency or PAL remote ticketing office?

    2. Hi, I’m wondering if your office will be open tomorrow, I’ve book my ticket via phone reservation. Because I don’t have a credit or debit card the reservation officer told me that i can settle my reservation through the nearest PAL ticketing outlet , it so happen that I leave near angeles and thus , i need to go to your office tomorrow to avoid the cancellation of my reservation..

    May adds on baggage po ako ang travel date is sept.12 to 17 manila to cagayan de oro sa payment po problema ung debit card KO walang OTP na send sabi po Ng nakausap ko pwedi daw bayaran sa Philippines airlines office pampanga.
